I am not a laid back person, I expected prompt and perfect work and I got it, with a large builder I would not have.

To Whom It May Concern:
In the year 1999, Mike Feldman gave my wife and myself a
proposal for building our custom home. We were concerned that his subcontractors may not want to do work for us because we were about 15 miles from Olathe. Another concern that we had was the fact that we would like our
house completed by the end of August of 1999. He assured us that he could meet our deadline and that his subs would commute to our location.
On April 01, 1999 the necessary permits were obtained from Miami County, Kansas and within a week work began on our home. Our house was completed and the "closing" was done on August 29, 1999. We were able to host our sons wedding rehearsal dinner in our new home as we had hoped to do.
Through-out the building process, Mr. Feldman personally supervised construction to meet out goals and the requirements set forth by the County. After each inspection, there were literally no "Re-do's".
We have referred Mr. Feldman to other friends and acquaintances interested in building homes and will continue to do so in the future.

We would like to take the time to complement and express our appreciation for the wonderful experience that
we had with your company's entire staff. It is important to us that we share our favorable thoughts. We are certainly no strangers to a new home purchases in that this has been our third new home in the past 5 years.
One of the things that impressed us the most is his focus on follow up and follow through. Whenever we had a question on something, he would get back to us with an
answer within 24 hours and would welcome any questions that we would have. He would also rapidly contact the particular sub-contractor and would follow up
to ensure that particular area had been addressed. It is obvious that he takes a tremendous amount of pride in his company and in his own personal conduct.
He has always treated us with the utmost respect and sincerity. It is also apparent that he has earned the respect of the various sub-contractors and direct employees of his company by the way that they interact with one
another. To sum it up, he was always fair and honest with us. If something could be done he would let us know and do it and if it couldn't be done, he would let us know as well.
To sum it up, you are to be commended for the quality of product that you produce, but most importantly for the
organization made up of such fine individuals that you have created. We know that in any new construction there are going to be a few issues and we feel extremely comfortable and confident that you will continue to stand behind your product, which is one of the reasons that you have developed such a fine reputation.

Mike Feldman truly made this a less stressful experience because he handled himself at all times in a very professional manner. He was very patient in fielding weekly and often daily telephone calls from me with concerns. Mike has a true understanding of customer relations that is so often forgotten in the construction industry. He
handled constructive criticism about the project very well and always addressed our concerns promptly. Mike takes great pride in his work and assured us that we were getting a high quality built home.
